Job summary

SuperHero Fire Protection LLC in Concord, NC is hiring a Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems in commercial and residential buildings.

You will supervise crew members, ensure safety protocols, and deliver projects on schedule while maintaining quality workmanship. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year experience in sprinkler or fire protection systems and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• U.S. Work Authorization required.
• Background check and reference checks will be conducted.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and electronic blueprint systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills expected.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• NICET Level I or II preferred; OSHA 10 and related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lift at least 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders and perform physical tasks.
• Drive to job sites and work at various locations.
• Submit written job progress reports for assigned projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Properly maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools.
• Attend training sessions and meetings.
• Install, assemble, and trim fire protection systems.
