Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in fire protection estimating or related construction estimating.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and bid documents.
• Working knowledge of commercial fire protection systems and applicable codes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, competitive cost estimates for fire sprinkler systems.
• Review construction documents and specifications for fire protection systems.
• Prepare complete, accurate proposals in accordance with bid requirements.
• Serve as a contact point for contractors and customers during the bid phase.
• Maintain records of bids, proposals, and correspondence.
