Coffman Engineers' Atlanta office invites you to join a dynamic team as a Fire Protection Engineering Intern for Summer 2027. The role targets students pursuing fire protection engineering with a minimum of two years of post-secondary education.

The intern will work in person, at the Duluth, GA location, engaging with civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines to deliver quality engineering solutions while developing professional skills.

Qualifications

• Support fire protection engineering projects at Coffman Engineers' Atlanta office.

We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and quality-oriented individual with an interest in engineering to join our team as aFire Protection Engineering Intern during theSummer 2027break.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of twoyears of post-secondary education in an accredited fire protection engineering program.

Qualifications

Eligibility Requirements:

• Enrolled as a full-time student in an engineering program at a nationally recognized, accredited college.
• Two years of required courses completed towards an undergraduate engineering degree.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail orientated and organized.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours during the school break. Flexibility for school schedule/demands will be provided
• This is not a remote position. This role is based in Duluth, GA and requires in-person attendance. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the office
