Jobot is seeking an experienced Fire Protection Engineer for our Philadelphia team. You will design and lead fire suppression, life safety, and code analysis on complex, multidisciplinary building projects.

Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Fire Protection Engineer to join our Philadelphia team. This position is ideal for a licensed engineer with a strong background in building fire protection and life safety systems who wants to work on complex, multidisciplinary building projects.
The Fire Protection Engineer will provide design and technical leadership across fire suppression, fire alarm/detection, life safety, and building/fire code analysis. You will collaborate closely with architects and other engineering disciplines while interacting directly with clients, contractors, code officials, and authorities.
Candidates with a mechanical or plumbing engineering/design background may also be considered provided they have substantial hands-on fire protection experience, particularly with suppression/sprinkler systems, fire alarm/detection, and applicable building/fire codes.
Experience with CFD/fire modeling, FDS, PyroSim, Pathfinder, smoke control design, egress modeling, or structural fire analysis is a plus.
