The company is adding engineering capacity to meet sustained client demand and support a broader mix of projects and clients. Start timing is flexible.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related technical field from an accredited college or university; fire protection engineering or fire protection engineering technology is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant fire protection engineering experience, with the judgment and technical depth to independently lead engineering work from initial scope through final delivery.
  • Professional Engineer licensure, preferably in fire protection engineering, or senior-level NICET certification, or the ability to gain those licensures within the next two years.
  • Experience in one or more fire protection specialties, such as system design, code analysis and equivalency development, fire hazard analysis, fire and smoke modeling, property loss control, hazardous materials protection, commissioning, or fire investigation.

  • Experience guiding junior engineers or technical staff, including assigning work, reviewing deliverables, and providing constructive coaching and feedback.
  • Strong organization, time management, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 5-25% of the time, primarily through regional day trips when feasible; a valid U.S. driver's license and authorization to work in the United States are required.
