Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of construction PM experience, including team leadership.
• Experience with fire alarm projects is preferred.
• Strong cost control and scheduling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety culture and compliance with safety initiatives on all projects.
• Track and control project costs to support gross margin objectives.
• Forecast revenue generation and completion schedules for projects.
• Manage scope, schedule changes, and analyze impact on time, resources and costs.
• Coordinate project superintendents and subcontractors to deliver on-time, on-budget project outcomes.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to progress tasks.
• Oversee permitting, design reviews, submittals, invoicing, and updates as required.
• Adhere to quality system and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
