Job summary

Griffin Memorial Hospital in Oklahoma is seeking a Fire Prevention & Safety Officer to inspect buildings and grounds for fire hazards, enforce applicable laws, and provide security for state facilities and people on site.

Two full-time shifts are available (6:30am–5:00pm and 1:00pm–11:30pm); Level I and Level II pay scales, non-exempt status, and willingness to travel plus a valid driver’s license are required. Physical requirements include lifting up to 60 pounds.

**Fire Prevention & Safety Officer** **About the Position:** Incumbents are assigned responsibilities, involving the inspection of buildings and grounds for elimination of fire hazards, enforcement of laws, rules and regulations and providing security at Griffin Memorial Hospital.
