Qualifications

• One year of full-time experience supervising employees in project management on engineering/architectural/landscape projects valued at $1,000,000+.
• Bachelor’s degree in listed disciplines plus one year of project management experience as described above.
• High school diploma or equivalent plus five years of experience as described in point 1.
• Additional combinations of college/experience may satisfy the educational requirements.
• Note: design-focused experience alone may not satisfy the qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management activities in engineering/architectural/landscape projects.
• Coordinate planning, administration, and expediting of projects.
• Ensure compliance with fire and building codes during plan review and approval processes.
