Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from ABET/MRA-recognized institution.
• Two years of engineering-related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and prepares data, technical reviews, and trend analyses to aid decision making for protection strategies.
• Keeps current with technology and industry trends in fire mitigation and related standards.
• Provides technical guidance to less experienced engineers and oversees programs for field teams.
• Identifies and communicates technical concerns, ensuring designs are cost effective and compliant with standards.
• Reviews standard analyses and investigations conducted by others.
• May manage small- to medium-scale projects including planning, design, and scheduling.
• Oversees engineering programs by coordinating requirements and corrective actions to maintain health of program elements.
