Job summary

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years' experience servicing fire alarm systems; access control and CCTV experience a plus.
• Apprentice electrician or low voltage technician experience required; familiarity with basic software and networking helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specs and schematics.
• Supervise and inspect installation of equipment to meet customer specs.
• Install, wire, and program fire alarm systems and control panels; troubleshoot issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep service tickets updated.
• Provide solutions to return equipment to working order and improve performance.
