Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Project Manager to lead fire alarm and life safety installation projects for Commercial Installations. You will own projects from pre-booking through closeout, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and customer communication to deliver high-quality results.

You will coordinate internal field teams and subcontractors, drive forecasting and timely billing, control change orders, and build strong customer relationships while protecting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Proven ability to work across departments to drive successful project execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading and working with diverse groups, including internal employees, customers, and external stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand others' perspectives and resolve issues creatively to achieve customer and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation, defining scope, goals and deliverables.
• Develop baseline schedule and payment schedule, document agreements in writing.
• Coordinate with customer within 24 hours of booking and manage expectations.
• Oversee site mobilization, kickoff meetings and milestone tracking.
• Monitor costs, budgets, forecasts and manage change orders.
• Complete testing, commissioning, punch lists, and final billing.
