Qualifications

• Four years practical experience in safety and health programs.
• Experience working with contracts, contractors, and fire service background.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and HIPAA rules, policies, and programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reports for each assigned contract specialty.
• Validate all invoices submitted by contractors to ensure quality and timely performance.
• Assist in management of Fire & Life Safety contracts and related budgets.
• Maintain records of inspections on fire extinguishers and alarm systems.
• Assist in maintenance/testing of automatic and manual fire protection systems.
• Support staff during disasters, drills, and emergencies and participate in fire investigations.
