Qualifications

• Must hold New York State Security Guard License.
• Must hold a valid T89 License or F89 License.
• Minimum 1 year Fire Life Safety Director experience.
• Prior experience in residential or corporate buildings is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.
• Ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence for tenants, guests, and vendors.
• Monitor building access points and maintain awareness of building activity.
• Respond to emergencies and alarms (supervisory, trouble and fire) promptly and professionally.
• Manning the command station as well as the lobby desk.
• Assist with package handling and vendor deliveries when required.
• Maintain control and documentation of building operations.
• Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.
• Make announcements as needed.
• Enforce building policies while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
