Qualifications

• Certifications: FEMA IC-100/200, IS-700/800; POST 832 arrest course; POST 832 firearms; external candidates: Fire Investigator certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex fire investigations.
• Coordinate investigations with County/City agencies.
• Provide technical and investigative expertise.
• Maintain evidence integrity and investigative records; prepare cases for legal proceedings.
• Review investigation reports and findings.
• Supervise fire investigators; assign work and priorities.
• Oversee station operations.
