Responsibilities
  • Prepare a variety of foods including meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and cold foods
  • Ensure quality of products served
  • Follow portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies
  • Maintain proper plate presentation and garnishes
  • Stock and maintain food levels at line stations
  • Keep work area sanitary and safe
  • Handle, store, and rotate products properly
  • Assist in food prep and close the kitchen according to checklists
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Assist in various food and beverage outlets
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, guest service, and time management skills
  • Ability to organize, plan, and manage workload
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable and energetic
  • Previous line cook experience required
  • Culinary Degree preferred
  • Flexible scheduling based on business needs
Physical & Working Conditions

Constant standing and walking, frequent bending, reaching, handling, and grasping. Must lift up to 60 lbs. Ability to pass a physical exam prior to employment. Indoor environment in a fast-paced setting.
