Qualifications

• Be 18 years old or older.
• Must have GED or High School diploma or equivalent.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs for extended periods; able to lift at least 30 pounds.
• Prior Field Service Technician experience at a Fire and Life Safety company is a plus.
• Prior experience maintaining, testing, and repairing fire extinguishers is a plus.
• Hands-on warehouse and/or maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inventory maintenance.
• Fire extinguisher reconditioning and testing.
• Picking items for service calls according to work orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe shop environment.
• Assist Field Service Technicians with daily material and stocking needs.
• Prepare shop and fleet vehicles for daily work requirements.
• Other hands-on daily tasks as assigned by the Shop Manager.
