Job summary

Impact Fire Services, LLC is seeking a Fire Extinguisher Technician to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on fire extinguishers in residential and commercial spaces, based out of our Destin, Florida district office. The role includes inspections, servicing, and documentation, with opportunities for mentorship and ongoing training within a fast-growing national company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fire extinguisher experience required.
• Understanding of NFPA and building and fire codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inspections and preventative maintenance on fire extinguishers.
• Repair, replace, fill and tag extinguishers; service and test extinguishers.
• Complete inspection reports (electronic or handwritten).
• Document time and paperwork; assist scheduling of duties.
• Work independently and use provided PPE.
