SERVPRO of San Leandro/Hayward is seeking a Fire Damage Restoration Technician at entry or experience level. Join a team to handle fire and water loss projects from start to finish, delivering compassionate service and reliable results for customers in the Bay Area.

This role offers hands-on training, opportunities for certifications, and a competitive hourly wage with potential overtime. You will work with a supportive crew to restore homes and businesses to their pre-loss condition.

Qualifications

• Preferable cleaning experience.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at height.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state.

Responsibilities

• Pack and crate items; photograph damage and load/unload for transport.
• Clean structure and contents using SERVPRO solutions and equipment.
• Deliver items back to the customer.
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment and supplies.
• Prepare rooms according to work to be done.
• Adhere to security and risk management guidelines.
• Coordinate with supervisor and other technicians for efficient work.
• Clean up and breakdown at day end.
