Job summary

SERVPRO Team Drake in Stockton, CA is seeking Fire & Contents Restoration Technicians to help families and businesses recover after fires, water damage, and other losses. You’ll work directly on restoration projects—packing and protecting belongings, cleaning and restoring contents, and helping return properties to pre-loss condition.

No restoration experience? We’re willing to train motivated candidates who have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restoration, cleaning, moving, warehouse is a plus.
• Driver's license may be preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contents Pack-Outs & Pack-Backs: photograph, document, wrap, pack, box, move and transport belongings.
• Contents Cleaning & Restoration: clean and restore furniture and personal items.
• Structural Cleaning: clean walls, ceilings and floors with approved methods.
• Inventory & Documentation: photograph, inventory, label and track contents.
• Loading & Transportation: load/unload contents and supplies safely.
• Jobsite Preparation: set up areas and protect surfaces for restoration.
• Customer Care: treat customers and belongings with professionalism.
• Teamwork: communicate with supervisors and teammates to stay organized.
