Job summary

SERVPRO Team Drake in Stockton, CA is seeking Fire & Contents Restoration Technicians to join our growing team. You’ll help families and businesses recover after fires, water damage, and other losses. No restoration experience?

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Cleaning, restoration, moving, warehouse experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and respect for customers' belongings.
• Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.
• Willingness to learn new restoration techniques, equipment, and documentation systems.
• Ability to work around cleaning products and restoration chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Contents Pack-Outs & Pack-Backs: photograph, document, wrap, pack, box, move, and transport belongings.
• Contents Cleaning & Restoration: clean and restore furniture and personal items affected by fire, smoke, water, or odor.
• Structural Cleaning: assist with cleaning walls, ceilings, floors, fixtures, and other areas.
• Inventory & Documentation: photograph, inventory, label, and track contents using documentation systems.
• Loading & Transportation: safely load and unload contents, equipment, products from vehicles.
• Jobsite Preparation: set up work areas, protect surfaces, organize equipment, prepare rooms.
• Customer Care: treat customers and belongings with professionalism and respect.
• Teamwork: communicate with supervisors and teammates to keep projects organized
