Job summary

SERVPRO Team Carpenter — Greater Sacramento & Central Valley is hiring a dependable Contents Restoration Technician to help customers recover after fire, water, smoke, and other property damage. Restoration experience is not required; we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities include packing/unpacking belongings, inventory, cleaning, and documenting work using basic software and mobile apps. Must be able to lift/move contents; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Pack and unpack customers’ belongings during restoration projects
• Photograph, label, inventory, and track items
• Carefully wrap, move, store, and return furniture and household contents
• Clean items affected by water, smoke, fire, or other damage
• Keep customer belongings and storage areas organized
• Load and unload company vehicles
• Help set up and organize contents at job sites and in the warehouse
• Use basic software and mobile apps to document work
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
• Follow company procedures and safety requirements
