Rainbow Restoration is seeking a Fire & Contents Field Supervisor in Greenville, SC. The role oversees technicians, manages contents moving, and ensures efficient field operations. It bridges hands-on work with leadership, guiding project execution and client communication.

The ideal candidate has fire/contents experience and a drive to advance into future leadership positions. Overtime and on-call rotations are expected, with competitive perks and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems in fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and extensive background screening.
• Willingness to lead by example in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist Fire & Contents Technicians on restoration projects.
• Oversee contents pack-outs, inventory documentation, and cleaning processes.
• Carefully handle, pack, move, and transport customer contents.
• Perform and supervise smoke residue cleaning from contents and structures.
• Coordinate schedules and ensure timely job completions.
• Maintain documentation, job notes, and communication updates.
• Support field operations and step into technician responsibilities as needed.
• Assist with contents estimating and scope documentation.
• Ensure company equipment and vehicles remain clean and operational.
