• Review site plans and permit applications for compliance with laws and codes.
• Prepare written correspondence and authorize release of permits.
• Coordinate site plan review with city departments and stakeholders.
• Assist Building Official with Certificate of Occupancy activities.
• Perform fire protection system acceptance tests and inspections.
