You will prepare documents, manage travel vouchers, update charts and phone lists, issue permits, track training, and set up equipment for virtual meetings, contributing to efficient regional operations.

• Provides administrative support in the unit's specialized area or program.
• Maintains oversight of administrative and personnel actions as directed.
• Tracks personnel requests, updates organizational charts, phone lists, emergency contacts, and travel vouchers.
• Assists with budget tasks including fleet tracking, mileage input, cell phone coordination, and credit card support.
• Issues burn permits and maintains burn and campfire permit records.
• Maintains red card printouts, year-end reporting, and pack test coordination.
• Monitors qualification and certification training in the appropriate database.
• Uses computer applications to produce documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Sets up devices for electronic/virtual meetings.
