Loyal Source is seeking a skilled Fire Technician to service fire alarm systems in the Tampa, FL area, focusing on Hillsborough County Schools. The role requires troubleshooting, programming panels, and ensuring life-safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years servicing, troubleshooting, and programming fire alarm systems.
• FASA/BASA certification required.
• EST certification highly preferred.
• Experience with Edwards, Silent Knight, Fire-Lite, or Bosch is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain fire alarm systems.
• Program fire alarm panels and devices.
• Diagnose system issues and perform timely repairs.
• Conduct testing, inspections, and commissioning of fire alarm systems.
• Complete service documentation and reports accurately.
• Ensure work complies with codes and standards.
• Communicate with customers, project managers, and school personnel.
• Travel throughout the local Tampa/Hillsborough County area as required.
