Job summary

Service Fire, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join our Field Operations team in Texas. You will install, inspect, troubleshoot, and service commercial and industrial fire alarm systems, adhering to NFPA codes and local standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL), has at least four years in the field, and demonstrates strong diagnostic and customer-service skills. We offer paid training, a company vehicle, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a fire alarm technician in commercial/industrial environments.
• Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL) required.
• Strong troubleshooting and service experience.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes, standards, and testing requirements.
• Able to read schematics and interpret technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in reading schematics and interpreting technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Schedule

• Full-Time – Monday through Friday
• Occasional overtime may be available based on project demand.

Work Location

• On-site at commercial and industrial client facilities throughout Texas.
• Travel between job sites using a company vehicle will be required.
