What We Need:

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Fire Alarm Installation and/or Service Professional to join our team. The service or installation professional should be a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual with strong communication skills and working knowledge of Fire & Life Safety Systems.

What You'll Do:

1. Ensure all work is performed to NFPA 72 and company standards with quality installations, service and inspections.
2. Complete installation/programming projects as efficiently as possible and communicate issues to the alarm projects admin team in a timely manner.
3. Work within a team of fire alarm technicians and professionals to collaborate, problem solve, and learn in a fast-paced environment.
4. Work independently when necessary to self-manage and complete jobs within the allotted time.
5. Complete jobs and daily tasks using company software.
6. Work in compliance with the company safety policies and procedures to ensure safety of self and others at all times.
7. Work with the Fire Alarm Tenant Finish Manager, Field Supervisors, Scheduling Coordinator, and office staff to ensure a seamless process from scheduling to billing.
8. Strong communication and accurate report completion are a must.

What we're looking for:

1. 1-2 years experience in low voltage service and/or installation.
2. 1-2 years experience in fire alarm service and/or fire alarm installation & programming.
3. Working knowledge of NFPA 70, 72, and related codes is preferred.
4. Denver fire alarm licensing is preferred, or ability to obtain within first 6 months of employment.
5. NICET Alarm Systems 1 & 2 Certification(s) preferred.
6. Comfortable utilizing mobile electronics (smartphone, tablet, etc.) to complete and transmit inspection documents.
7. Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and AHJs in a professional and educational manner.

What makes you stand out:

1. Additional experience in testing/inspecting fire alarm systems.
2. Experience working with Fire Sprinkler systems in any capacity.
3. Possessing a current Denver Journeyman's License.
4. Enthusiasm for personal/professional development, new technologies, and improving processes.
5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
