Job summary

BIG BROTHERS TEK is seeking an experienced Low Voltage Installer Lead Tech to service fire, security, CCTV, access and IP systems in Jersey City, NJ. You will lead on-site installs, coordinate with clients and ensure compliance with codes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on installation experience with alarms, cameras, pull stations and networking, holds a clean driver’s license, and can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience installing security/access/CCTV/burglar alarm systems.
• Experience with cameras and/or wireless access points.
• Experience installing strobes, pull stations, smoke detectors, CO detectors, fire alarm panels.
• Knowledge of fire and security system manufacturers.
• Clean driver's license; company vehicle provided.
• Excellent communication skills; self-starter who can work with little supervision.

Looking for someone with knowledge of BOTH Fire, Security, CCTV, Access and IP System.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience installing security/ access control/ CCTV/ burglar alarm systems Experience with cameras and/or wireless access points Experience installing Strobes, Pull Stations, Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors, Fire Alarm Panels Experience pulling, installing cabling associated with fire/security systems Must have knowledge of fire and security system manufactures Must have clean drivers' license; company vehicle provided Valid driver's license with good driving record. Excellent communication skills. Self-starter who can work with little supervision.
