Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is seeking a Fire Alarm Support Technician to assist licensed technicians with inspections and testing of fire alarm systems. The role supports device activation, alarm verification, and documentation under supervision.

The position requires a willingness to learn fire alarm codes and testing procedures, a strong attention to detail, and a clean driving record. Training is provided, and travel to various job sites is expected as part of the duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior fire alarm or industry experience required.
• Strong willingness to learn inspection and testing procedures in the fire protection industry.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under direct supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and safety.
• Must have a clean driving record and active driver’s license (if driving role).
