Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety in Texas is seeking a skilled technician to maintain and service fire alarm systems across commercial and industrial sites. You will diagnose issues, perform corrective actions, and document service reports with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in the fire and life safety industry, a high school diploma, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A valid driver's license is required for driving roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the fire and life safety industry as a technician.
• NICET Level I or above preferred.
• Strong understanding of fire alarm systems and troubleshooting methods.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
• Driving role: clean driving record and active driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and service of fire alarm systems independently.
