Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fire alarm installation, service, inspections, and troubleshooting.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• NICET certification or related credentials preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, inspect, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems.
• Coordinate and direct daily field activities and schedules.
• Supervise and mentor fire alarm technicians.
• Ensure compliance with codes and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and service records.
• Serve as primary contact for customers regarding service and project status.
• Provide end-user training on system operation after completion.
