Job summary

Quality Labor Management, LLC in Charleston, SC is seeking a field-service supervisor for fire alarm and security systems. You will work directly with customers to ensure effective response and timely delivery of F&S service solutions.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians, coordinating schedules, providing technical direction, and ensuring safety and compliance. Travel locally, occasional overnight stays, and a willingness to work overtime as required.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in the fire alarm & security systems industry.
• Prior fire alarm & security systems field experience required.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
• Regular local travel with some overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to ensure effective and efficient F&S Service solution delivery.
• Understand and manage the F&S Service agreement deliverables and timelines established between the Company and the customer.
• Provide first-line supervision to all employees in the F&S field, including leadership, direction, training, mentoring, and evaluating performance.
• Provide remote and/or on-site technical direction and diagnostic assistance to resolve complex failures within the customer base.
• Assist in scheduling, organizing, and dispatching F&S Service Technicians, and verify filed reporting is accurate and timely.
• Evaluate area safety needs and provide feedback and recommendations to F&S service technicians, assisting in safety policy implementation.
