Eagle Fire Inc. in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Fire Alarm Service Technician to test, repair, and inspect fire detection systems and provide exceptional service to clients.

The role involves travel to client sites and requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in fire protection, and at least NICET Level II or willingness to obtain within 18 months. Qualifications

• Education, experience, and certification as specified in the job description (or equivalent combination).
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Has practical knowledge of fire protection codes and standards.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work alone.
• Able to lift and move objects up to 100 pounds and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Performs installation, programming, repair, testing, and inspection of fire detection and signaling systems on a scheduled basis.
• Completes all services following manufacturer instructions, codes/standards, and Company policies and procedures.
• Schedules inspections with customers as required.
• Provides documentation of inspections for Company records, customer records, authorities with jurisdiction, and other entities.
• Communicates discrepancies and necessary repairs to the Company and customer.
• Markets EFI services to existing and potential customers.
• Trains Technician Trainees as assigned.
• Performs other related duties as required.
