The Fire Alarm Service Technician role at Eagle Fire tests, repairs, and inspects fire detection systems at client sites in the Charlotte, NC area with travel as needed. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in fire protection, and NICET Level II (or can obtain within 18 months).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Minimum two years of experience in fire protection systems
• NICET Level II certification (or ability to obtain within 18 months)
• Physical ability as described in Qualifications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Install, program, repair, test, and inspect fire detection systems
• Schedule inspections and document results for records
• Communicate discrepancies and required repairs to client
• Support service sales and train Technician Trainees
• Work overtime as needed
