Johnson Controls is seeking a Fire Alarm Service Technician to diagnose and repair electronic fire alarm systems at customer sites. You will work on multi-manufacturer life-safety systems, read schematics and manuals, and communicate with customers to ensure high service quality.
You will participate in an on-call rotation, support team members, and provide accurate service documentation while upholding safety guidelines and driving customer satisfaction.
Fire Alarm Service Technician Johnson Controls helps customers keep their buildings safe and performing at their best through fire and life safety service, security, and building systems expertise. In this role, you will support customer sites with hands‑on troubleshooting, repairs, and trusted service on critical systems. Role Overview As a Fire Alarm Service Technician you will receive service calls, diagnose system issues, and perform repairs on electronic fire alarm systems and related building system products. You will work across multiple manufacturers' Fire & Life Safety systems, communicate directly with customers, and help ensure systems are restored quickly, safely, and professionally.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $20.00-$26.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
