In this role, you will support customer sites with hands‑on troubleshooting, repairs, and trusted service on critical systems. Role Overview As a Fire Alarm Service Technician you will receive service calls, diagnose system issues, and perform repairs on electronic fire alarm systems and related building system products. You will work across multiple manufacturers' Fire & Life Safety systems, communicate directly with customers, and help ensure systems are restored quickly, safely, and professionally.
