The role emphasizes strong customer focus, expertise in building automation and fire alarm systems, and the ability to read drawings. A college degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience servicing & troubleshooting enterprise-level fire alarm systems.
• Strong technical skills related to building automation and life safety systems.
• Ability to read blueprints or drawings and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test and service security, life-safety, and building automation systems.
• Lead projects in coordination with the Project Coordinator to ensure on-time delivery.
• Mentor team members; supervise technicians and subcontractors on site.
