Job summary

Everon is seeking a Fire Alarm Inspector to perform routine inspections of fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems and related lines. The role involves documenting deficiencies, verifying operation, and preparing reports for management.

The position requires at least a High School diploma, 1+ year of inspection experience, and a valid driver's license. You will work under supervision and must adhere to safety policies while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School/Vocational training.
• 1+ years of experience inspecting fire alarm products or related field.
• Proficient with personal computers.
• Familiar with test equipment such as multimeters, battery analyzers and decibel meters.
• Familiar with fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems.
• Understanding of NFPA 72 and NFPA 25 at basic level.
• Must have valid driver’s license and pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine tests and inspections of fire alarm and sprinkler systems and related products.
• Verify proper operation and document findings accurately and timely.
• Prepare inspection/deficiency reports for management review.
• Interface with service management to schedule work and coordinate with customers.
