Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Fire Alarm Technician to install, program, start-up, test, train customers, and document activities on projects of varying complexity. The role involves on-site field service, collaboration with project teams, and continuous learning to support growth and safety.

The ideal candidate will have NICET II, electrical license, and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to travel locally to job sites.

Qualifications

• Understand electronics, Ohm's law, and relay logic.

Responsibilities

• Installs, programs, tests, repairs and services fire alarm systems.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and coordinate with project teams.
• Operate and demonstrate systems including start-up, commissioning and training.
