Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Fire Alarm Technician to install, program, perform startup checks, test/commission systems, and provide customer training on assigned projects, including complex builds. You will contribute to documentation and work as part of a dynamic team that supports growth and exceptional service.

Qualifications include NICET II, a valid driver’s license, willingness to travel locally, and experience with Edwards or similar fire alarm systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with fire alarm systems of small to medium complexity.
• NICET Level II – Fire Alarm Systems.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel locally to jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, start-up, test, and commission fire alarm systems.
• Provide customer training and documentation on projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet codes and standards.
• Coach and mentor less experienced colleagues.
