Job summary

360X Staffing is hiring a Fire Alarm Project Manager to support large, technically complex data-center projects in Milwaukee. You will manage multiple buildings across one campus as part of an established PM team, handling schedules, budgets, drawings, RFIs, submittals and turnover.

Typical projects exceed $2 million, with a backlog over $10 million. Experience with Notifier/VESDA systems and NICET III+ is strongly preferred for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multimillion-dollar projects.
• Strong understanding of fire alarm installation and commissioning.
• Data center or mission-critical environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, labor, materials and subcontractors.
• Oversee fire alarm installation, startup, testing, commissioning and turnover.
• Prepare drawings, submittals, RFIs and change orders.
• Coordinate with customers, general contractors, vendors and field teams.
• Track costs, milestones, and risks to maintain project health.
• Manage multiple buildings across a campus and ensure project closeout quality.

Travel: Goal of less than 5%; occasional Chicago project support

We are hiring a Fire Alarm Project Manager to support new-construction hyperscale data center projects in Milwaukee. You will manage multiple buildings across one campus as part of an established Project Management team.

Typical projects exceed $2 million, with a current backlog of more than $10 million

What You’ll Manage

• Project schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and subcontractors
• Fire alarm installation, startup, testing, commissioning, and turnover
• Drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Customer, general contractor, vendor, and field-team communication
• Cost tracking, billing milestones, labor performance, and project risks
• Multiple buildings and active project phases across one campus
• Quality, safety, documentation, and project closeout

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing multimillion-dollar projects
• Strong understanding of fire alarm installation and commissioning
• Experience with Notifier and VESDA systems strongly preferred
• NICET Level III or higher strongly preferred
• Data center or mission-critical experience is highly desirable
