Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Fire Alarm/Low Voltage Helper to join our growing team. The helper will assist with routine installation and checkout on fire alarm, voice/data and security systems, using codes, procedures, and drawings.

A positive customer interface ensures confidence and satisfaction with the installation. The role requires a high school diploma, willingness to learn, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to travel or work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in learning and growing in the fire-life safety industry.
• Ability to travel occasionally overnight, if needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on heights.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes electrical tools and meters to aid installations.
• Aids conduit and wire installation.
• Assist with device installation (fire alarm/security devices).
• Assist with installation of fire alarm, voice/data, and security systems.
