Responsabilidades

• Maintain fire alarms and life safety systems district-wide.
• Document work including batteries, cleaning, repairs, and inspection reports.
• Coordinate inspections and testing of life safety systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, kitchen hood, FM-200).
• Maintain schedules for required inspections and testing of life safety systems.
• Interface with local authorities to inspect and verify systems.
• Train district staff in operation of life safety systems.
• Be available for after-hours demands.
• Use time wisely to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Punctuality in daily work times, appointments, and meetings.
• Work cooperatively with coworkers to achieve district goals.
• Demonstrate CCISD Core Values in all actions.
• Stay up-to-date professionally through training opportunities.
• Research district policy before action.
• Demonstrate proficiency in technology applications.
• Participate in safety drills to protect students and staff.
