Pay: $23-30/HR DOE

Position Summary: Anistar is seeking experienced Fire Alarm Technicians for several contract-to-perm opportunities. Candidates will assist with the installation, termination, testing, and troubleshooting of all aspects of low voltage fire alarm systems. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision are essential. The ideal candidate will work under general supervision, maintaining a highly analytical and problem-solving mindset, while being a team player. Must have experience with the following:

• 5+ years of experience with full lifecycle installation of various Fire Alarm devices and systems related to fire safety, preferably in retail environments.
• Industry certifications such as Bosch, Fire-lite, Honeywell, Simplex, Notifier, or others are highly desirable.
• Ability to install, terminate, and test low voltage cables.
• Knowledge of fire stopping procedures when necessary.
• Working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) related to fire safety.
• CCTV, Access Control, and Voice and Data cabling experience.

Must possess:

• A valid driver’s license.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent (Vocational/Technical/Business School preferred).
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
