Role Overview As a Fire Installer V, you will install, program, troubleshoot, configure, commission, and service fire alarm systems and related building system products at customer sites. This role places a strong emphasis on networked fire alarm systems, while also supporting panel repair and reprogramming, device replacement and repair, low-voltage circuit troubleshooting, and system testing.
Own each service call with safety, accountability, and integrity, and deliver work that customers can rely on. Stay close to the work, understand the site conditions, and remove obstacles quickly so customer issues are resolved without delay. Use a methodical approach to diagnostics, test the system thoroughly, and work toward the root cause rather than temporary fixes. Keep communication clear with customers, dispatch, and teammates so everyone understands the plan, status, and next steps. Apply a continuous-improvement mindset by documenting findings accurately, sharing candid observations, and learning from each job. Work collaboratively across functions and sites, drawing on the strengths of the team to deliver the best result.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $28.70-$40.38 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
