• 3+ years fire alarm technician experience required.
• S98 Certificate of Fitness required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of security, nurse call, PA, and BMS systems integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, upgrade, troubleshoot and repair fire alarms in commercial and residential buildings.
• Read and interpret NFPA 70, 72, building codes and contract documents.
• Perform fire alarm inspections and service for customers.
• Prepare lists for ordering fire alarm equipment.
• Coordinate installation with electricians and with project manager.
• Perform inspections on extinguishers, emergency lights and hood suppressions as needed.
