Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Fire Alarm Inspector to join our culture and help ensure the safety and integrity of fire-alarm systems across assigned buildings. You will test, inspect, identify issues, and report findings to maximize customer satisfaction and quality assurance on every project.

This role emphasizes customer service, proactive problem-solving, and teamwork with building owners, engineers, and the Convergint field team. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of relevant field service or customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Test and inspect commercial fire-alarm systems within assigned buildings.
• Identify and report problems or discrepancies found in the systems you inspect.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with all inspections and testing.
• Monitor the fire-alarm panel.
• Interact with building owner or building engineer prior to, during, and after testing.
• Review reports and initiate next steps as necessary.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
