Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Inspector to install, program, troubleshoot, and service Fire Alarm Systems and related building systems at customer sites. The role involves system testing, panel repair, device replacement, and resolving low voltage circuit issues.

Responsibilities
- Install and program fire alarm systems, primarily networked systems
- Respond to customer service calls, troubleshoot, and repair systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, manuals, and schematics
- Supervise installation to meet specifications
- Complete certification courses for products used
- Document activities and system performance
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with low voltage electrical systems, including Fire/Life Safety
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience reading blueprints and manuals
- Proficiency with hand tools, test equipment, multimeters, and commissioning devices
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 70 lbs. and working in challenging positions
- Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and overnight travel
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug tests
- Knowledge of network concepts and architectures
Preferred Qualifications
- Two-year Associates Degree in Electronics, Networking, Computer Science, or related field
- NICET Level II or ability to obtain within the first year
