Job summary

Impact Fire Services is seeking a Fire Alarm Technician to perform inspections, installations, and service on a variety of fire alarm devices and suppression systems from our Phoenix, AZ office.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, coordinating with fire departments, and maintaining compliance with NFPA codes. The role requires 2–3 years of related experience and NICET or equivalent training, with flexibility for weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years related experience in fire protection or commercial service.
• NFPA 72 knowledge is required.
• Experience reading blueprints, diagrams, submittals and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Service, install, maintain, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems per requirements.
• Read datasheets and manuals as required.
• Coordinate installations with fire departments and maintain records of emergencies.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and safe work environment.
• Meet daily/weekly service and productivity goals.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge.
