Piper Companies is seeking a Field Project Manager I to support fire alarm projects throughout the San Antonio area through hybrid work. The Field Project Manager will lead installation, programming, testing, and commissioning efforts while managing field teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include overseeing project execution, leading field teams, managing schedules, and coordinating with customers and stakeholders to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of field or project management experience.
• Experience with Fire Alarm, Security, or Building Automation systems.
• Experience leading field teams.
• Installation, programming, testing, and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license required.

Compensation of the Field Project Manager

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 (based on experience)
